Relay messaging system

I am thinking of getting a relay messaging system for u guys.
How does it work?

There will be 8 boys in charge of a group of 5 boys. (Assuming total boys = 40)

Whenever there is info regarding training, me or ms sem will pass the message to the 8 boys and the 8 boys will inform their team members.

Because holidays are coming, and if there are any changes, we can reach out to the majority of the boys.

Will draft out the list and let u guys know!
