TRAINING UPDATES

For BOYS:

Sec 1 - Every Tues and Thurs. 2:30pm (warm up)- 4:30pm

Sec 2,3 - Every Tues and Thurs. 3:30pm (warm up)- 6pm


For GIRLS:

Every Mon 3:30pm (warm up)- 6pm ;
and Thurs 3 pm (warm up)- 5:30 pm ;


The girls will be having a North zone league with presby high, naval base sec, Yishun and Fuchun Sec from 30 july onwards. Please take note of the schedule, will pass to you girls this coming Monday.
