Training will STOP for a week- 22nd Oct to 26th Oct
Training will STOP during the week of 22nd Oct to 26 Oct because the O Levels will start on that week, during the afternoons.
So to minimise noise, most CCA will stop during that week.
After that week, it's school holidays already and i will schedule the training again.
From last year's experience, we will have
training in the morning IF there is NO 'O' Level PAPER that morning,
otherwise we have to schedule in the afternoons.
Okay, will inform u guys again.
Meanwhile, do try to view this website regularly and spread the info to your team friends.
Have a great holiday!

Relay messaging system
How does it work?
There will be 8 boys in charge of a group of 5 boys. (Assuming total boys = 40)
Whenever there is info regarding training, me or ms sem will pass the message to the 8 boys and the 8 boys will inform their team members.
Because holidays are coming, and if there are any changes, we can reach out to the majority of the boys.
Will draft out the list and let u guys know!

And i saw coach signing in the tag. Welcome!
And do keep the tags going and be friendly towards each other, shall we? ;)
And holidays are just around the corner but this is the period when efforts must be put into studying for exams!

what is beep test?
The multi-stage fitness test, also known as the bleep test, beep test, pacer test, or shuttle run test, is used by sports coaches and trainers to estimate an athlete's VO2 Max (maximum oxygen uptake).
The test involves running continuously between two points that are 20 m apart. These runs are synchronised with a pre-recorded audio tape or CD, which plays beeps at set intervals. As the test proceeds, the interval between each successive beep reduces, forcing the athlete to increase velocity over the course of the test, until it is impossible to keep in sync with the recording.
The recording is typically structured into 23 'levels', each of which lasts 60 seconds. Usually, the interval of beeps is calculated as requiring a speed at the start of 8.5 km/h, increasing by 0.5 km/h with each level. The progression from one level to the next is signalled by 3 rapid beeps. The highest level attained before failing to keep up is recorded as the score for that test.
The procedure is designed to measure the maximum endurance of an individual.
Get more information from here.
http://www.topendsports.com/testing/beephome.htm
The test will be done straight after exams for B boys!
